Kemuri has established as bao shop in night market stall in 2015. leaded by Hiroyuki (Hiro)Okubo who most recently held a position as head sommelier at Paper Daisy restaurant in Cabarita Beach, was opening a bao and gyoza in backstreet of Carrara, using local supplied foods and free range of egg , chicken & growing own vegetable without spray. Gold Coast has so much a diverted of foods , meats and vegetables which we loved to bring these nature gift in our meals…….. also selected Wine , Sake & Japanese products such as whisky and beer.
