Chef / Instructor Kanako Wada

From Chef Kanako Wada, be introduced to a new way of eating ramen just in time for Summer!

- Hot | Cold Ramen -

The second installation of our crazy popular ramen classes! When someone says ramen, most people think of a warming bowl of steaming soup and noodles in the middle of Winter, but there’s also a popular variation of ramen perfectly suited to sweaty Summer heat. Have you heard about cold ramen? This time at the Washoku Lovers Kitchen, we’ll be holding a hot vs cold ramen class! You’ll be able to learn how to make both hot and cold ramen at the class! Hot ramen or cold ramen… which do you prefer?
