- About the Service The Washoku Lovers Booking System provides an online platform that allows customers to make reservations directly with participating restaurants. We act solely as a technology provider. We do not own, operate, or manage any restaurants, and we are not responsible for the services provided by restaurants.
- Your Responsibilities When using the Service, you agree to: • provide accurate and complete information when making a booking • comply with any restaurant‑specific policies, including cancellation terms • not misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation • only make genuine reservations that you intend to honour
- Restaurant Responsibilities Each restaurant is solely responsible for: • managing and confirming reservations • providing dining services • setting and enforcing their own cancellation, no‑show, and service policies • complying with all applicable laws relating to their business
We are not responsible for restaurant decisions, service quality, menu items, pricing, or any disputes between you and a restaurant.
- Booking Confirmations When you make a booking through the Service, the restaurant receives your reservation details. The restaurant is responsible for confirming, modifying, or cancelling your booking. We do not guarantee availability, seating, or service quality.
- Cancellation and No‑Show Policies Restaurants may have their own cancellation or no‑show policies. These policies are set by the restaurant, not by us. If you need to cancel or change a booking, you must follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email or contact the restaurant directly.
- Use of Personal Information Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you make a booking, your information is shared with the restaurant for the purpose of managing your reservation. If you choose to subscribe to marketing materials, your information may also be shared with the restaurant for marketing purposes. Restaurants may use your booking information for operational purposes even if you do not subscribe to marketing.
- Accuracy of Information We aim to keep the Service accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that restaurant information, availability, menus, pricing, or opening hours are correct. Restaurants may update their information at any time without notice.
- Service Availability We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: • we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the Service • we are not responsible for restaurant actions, omissions, service quality, or disputes • we do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information displayed on the Service
