Edamame soup

Makes 4 serves

  • 1bag JFC Edamame, thawed and removed from pods (Net weight about 220g)
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 400mL Stock (vegetable or chicken)
  • 600mL Milk of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat stock in a pot, add the onion and cook until it softens, about 5 minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper.

You can serve this both chilled or hot.
