Edamame Wasabi Dip

Nut and dairy free

  • 250g JFC Edamame, thawed and removed from pods (Net weight about120g)
  • 2tbsp JFC Hotel Mayo Classic
  • 2tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1tbsp Vinegar (rice or grain or white wine)
  • 3tsp White miso paste


Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Taste and season with salt if you need.

Transfer to a bowl, and  decorate with extra edamame. Serve with crackers and bread.
