Chaki has more than 30 years of experience as a chef in various type of places from Yoshoku restaurant in Nihon-bashi Tokyo, 3 star international hotel in NSW to small sushi bar at Noosa.

Opened MIZU 15 years ago to express his own style of Japanese cuisine to Australian people.
