Have you heard? We’re going digital!
This transition will take place over the next month, and from April the physical membership cards will become obsolete. For now, however, you can still use them.
There are a few changes taking place, and there’s a few things we need to explain to you. Firstly, you’ll need to login on our website using the same email you used to sign up. This will allow you to access the “Member Area” page where you can browse every restaurants’ Washoku Lovers Benefit, and let you redeem them online. In the future we plan on adding more features to the “Member Area” page, so keep an eye out!
Have a look as soon as you login and see what you can do. Once you’ve logged in, you can click “Update Profile” and add your details.
Instructions for how to log in and redeem vouchers are below.
❶ Enter your email address
* A password is no longer necessary.
❷ This is the welcome screen.
You will be asked to check your email to activate your account.
❸ You will receive an email from Washoku Lovers.
❹ Click “activate your account” to complete the process.
❺ You can now update and complete your profile!
❻ Click “Get benefit”, show the coupon to restaurant staff, then redeem your benefit!
When you click “Get Benefit”, you will be redirected to a coupon web page. You can access the coupons without any limit, however they expire one day after the date of access. After this time, you can redeem another coupon. Each coupon can only be used once. Each coupon can only be redeemed by one person i.e. if you eat in a group, everyone in your group must have their own coupon to redeem and their own Washoku Lovers membership.
