WPM Australia is a Japanese run Australian company – we make gyoza dumplings and ramen noodles and soup with Australian ingredients right here in Sydney and we supply some of your favourite Japanese restaurants! We hope you’ve enjoyed eating our products, even if you may not have noticed!
Our new website is easier to read and navigate. You can see behind the scenes photos of how we make our products HERE. You’ll see some of our secrets about how we make our noodles so springy and yellow, or how our gyoza look so good! While we do sell our products to restaurants, you can also buy them from selected retailers to cook at home, click HERE for a full list of stores that stock our noodles and dumplings. They’re a fast, simple, and easy option for a late or quick dinner, a lunch time snack, a side dish, or a party! Check out how to hold a Gyoza Party HERE. It’s also really easy to make a dipping sauce for your dumplings, simply mix soy sauce with anything you like, including Japanese vinegar, chilli oil, or even make a miso sauce!
