NOODLES

WPM Japan produces a wide range of ramen noodles to match di erent types of Japanese ramen soup. We also take custom orders to produce ramen noodles that meet your particular needs, in which you may specify:

• Thickness, from #14 to #28 (thickest to thinnest)
• Straight or chijire (wavy)
• Colour (yellow or white)
• Amount per serving (approximately 110g to 200g)

MARUKO GYOZA
(Japanese dumplings)

Gyoza may be cooked by boiling, steaming, pan frying or deep frying, out of which pan frying is the most popular method in Japan.
WPM Japan’s gyoza are wrapped in a thin dumpling skin, lled with meat and vegetables. The recommended cooking method is a combination of pan frying and steaming.

Shumai

WPM Japan’s shumai are small dumplings, consisting of a mixed filling made of pork, vegetable and seafood that is wrapped in a thin delicate skin. Our shumai are precooked and only need to be warmed using a microwave before being served.
